19 Jul Kiwi Mango Smoothie
Life is like one big pitcher. I believe if you pour enough goodness into yourself you will begin to overflow and inevitably pour it out into the world around you. If you fill yourself up with gratefulness and happy thoughts and inspiring stories and useful knowledge, that’s all that can come out.
This is one of the best lessons I’ve learned and if I only teach my daughter this one thing, I will have done my job as a mom.
So enjoy this simple yummy recipe. Pour some goodness into your body and into your soul!
Mango 1 large peeled and cubed
Kiwi 2 medium
Mint leaves 4 to 5
Ice cubes to serve
Halve the kiwi.
Scoop the flesh out using a spoon
Place the kiwi, mango, ice, and mint leaves in a blender.
Blend to a smooth puree.
You can add water if it seems to thick. Also if your fruit isn’t sweet enough, add some sugar to taste.
